• Accept that subscription fees are processed through Patreon according to their terms
• Understand that tier benefits may change with reasonable notice

Subscription benefits include access to exclusive content, early access to reactions, forum privileges, and other perks as described on our subscription pages. Tier levels include Little Kernel, Popcorners, Kernel Club, and Extra Butter.

4. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Share spoilers without appropriate spoiler tags

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any third-party services integrated with our platform, including but not limited to Patreon, YouTube, or TMDB.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POPCORN IN BED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
